The farewell assembly was held in Shizuoka for Rash Behari Bose, before he went to Bangkok for the 2nd conference of the Indian Independence League and the Indian National Army. During the meeting, there were US/British carpet bombings in Shizuoka area and the talks were interrupted a few times.
